The Cove at Millbrook Subdivision

This is the subdivision which is going to be built in the field located on Sauerkraut Lane, between Stout Drive and Macungie Road. This subdivision will share a common boundary with a number of Millbrook Farms residents who live on Canterbury Drive. Read more

If You Sell Your Home, Don't Forget the Certificate of Resale

Obtaining a Certificate of Resale is required for all Millbrook Farms home sales. Please have your realtor or agent contact our property manager Megan Schlegel. The fee is $50.00.
